In this dynamic role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support sales initiatives. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help create a positive environment for clients, visitors, and team members alike. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management and customer support skills. Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly. Clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, proofreading, and maintaining accurate records. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, supporting client needs, and ensuring a positive experience at every interaction. Maintain a clean, organized office space and ensure all office equipment is functioning properly. Qualifications Proven experience in front desk operations or office administration with strong organizational skills. Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently. Bilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve diverse client needs effectively. Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry.. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional appearance. Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Previous personal assistant, sales associate or, administrative support experience is a plus.
