Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and professional Legal Receptionist to join our team. This role is crucial in providing exceptional front desk support and ensuring smooth operations within our legal office. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-oriented mindset. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere while managing various administrative tasks. Responsibilities Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression. Process client payments accurately and securely Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed Process new client retainer paperwork Perform data entry tasks accurately to keep client records up to date. Ensure the reception area and common office areas remain organized and professional Process attorney dictations Prepare, print, and organize hearing and trial binders Assist attorneys and staff with general administrative and reception duties The ideal candidate will have: Experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role, preferably in a legal or professional environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail. Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Exceptional customer support skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
