Job Description
Front Desk Associate (Part-Time) We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for managing all front desk operations while providing an exceptional experience for our guests. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Selling and promoting eyelash extension memberships Following up with clients regarding their services and overall experience Scheduling stylists and assisting with manager calendar management Educating clients on retail products, services, and membership benefits Maintaining a clean and organized front desk, lobby, and restroom area Answering incoming phone calls, voicemails, texts, and emails Processing sales transactions and managing client accounts through our POS software Resolving scheduling issues, client concerns, and service-related questions Supporting daily salon operations and administrative tasks as needed
