Job Description
Greet and welcome guest as they arrive at the office. Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls. Receiving, sorting, and distributing daily mail, packages, and deliveries Performing clerical tasks like data entry, filing, copying, and maintaining reception area supplies. Communicate with customers via email and phone. Respond to customers' inquiries in a fast professional manner. Listen to the customer's inquiries patiently and seek to resolve them in a manner that meets and exceeds their expectations. Enter customer's orders in an expedited manner utilizing E1. Be able to identify errors in orders and make the necessary corrections. Double-checking orders to make sure any mistakes are corrected before scheduling to the production floor. Communicate any issues with customers to department Managers and seek resolutions that can create a long-lasting economic value for both the customer and Cardinal CT. Work with CSR's daily to support customers assisting them with day-to-day CSR duties.
