Receptionist / Sales Support — SOGA Graphics (Adel, GA) SOGA Graphics is a busy vehicle wrap, sign, and custom apparel shop in Adel, GA (open since 2001). We're hiring a friendly, organized front-desk person who can also help drive sales, greet customers, answer phones, emails, and turn inquiries into quotes and booked jobs. What you'll do: Answer multi-line phones and greet walk-in customers Respond to quote requests and help customers understand our wrap, sign, and apparel options Manage the front-desk Follow up on estimates and outstanding quotes to close sales Light admin: invoicing support, filing, data entry (QuickBooks experience a plus) Keep the showroom/front office clean and welcoming Fulfill online orders What we're looking for: Strong phone and in-person customer service skills Comfortable with basic computer/software use (QuickBooks, Trello, or similar a plus, not required) Sales-minded — confident following up and closing, not pushy Reliable, organized, able to multitask in a fast-paced small shop Local to Adel/Cook County area preferred

Schedule:

Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM, in-person at our Adel, GA shop.

Pay:

$10.00 - $12.00 per hour
