The ideal candidate is customer service focused and empathetic. Responsibilities Answer multiple line telephone system and route or screen calls; provide detailed name and information descriptions Answer phones-transfer callers to the appropriate individuals Take detailed messages for the legal team Greet and assist visitors Calendar management Data entry for intakes Upload documents into correct files and notify the legal team File downloading and organizing Manage incoming and outgoing mail Order and stock supplies Maintaining common areas clean and organized Qualifications Experience with high-volume calls preferred Must be a positive team player and able to function in a fast-paced, high volume work environment Must be able to multitask, be organized, and be able to prioritize tasks appropriately Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance Attention to detail, accuracy, and dependability Display superior written and oral communication skills and employ effective listening skills Must be empathetic and patient 3+ years of customer service experience preferred
