Job Description

Receptionist - Private Dining ClubPosition Overview We are seeking a polished, professional, and hospitality-driven Receptionist to join our private dining club team. This position serves as the first point of contact for members and guests and plays a key role in creating a warm, seamless, and elevated experience from the moment guests arrive or call the club. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, detail-oriented, and able to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Responsibilities Greet and welcome members and guests with a polished and professional demeanor Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally Respond to emails in a timely, courteous, and detail-oriented manner Manage reservations, guest inquiries, and club communications Escort or direct guests to dining areas, private events, or meeting spaces as needed Maintain awareness of daily reservations, member preferences, and club events Assist management and service staff with administrative and hospitality-related tasks Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and welcoming Handle sensitive member information with discretion and confidentiality Coordinate with managers, hosts, and service teams to ensure smooth guest experiences Assist with organizational tasks and general upkeep of the club environment Provide exceptional hospitality and anticipate guest needs whenever possible Qualifications Previous receptionist, host, concierge, administrative, or hospitality experience preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Professional appearance and polished interpersonal skills Comfortable answering phones and communicating via email in a professional setting Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Experience with reservation systems, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or hospitality software is a plus Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is warm, composed, proactive, and genuinely enjoys creating memorable guest experiences. They understand the importance of professionalism, discretion, and hospitality within a private club environment and take pride in making members and guests feel welcomed and cared for. $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
