About Us We are a luxury, fast-paced salon and spa dedicated to creating an elevated experience for every guest who walks through our doors. Our team is passionate about beauty, customer service, and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We are currently looking for a professional, organized, and friendly Salon Receptionist to join our growing team! Responsibilities Greet and check in clients with a warm and professional attitude Answer phones, emails, and text inquiries promptly Schedule and confirm appointments using salon software Assist with retail sales and product recommendations Process payments and maintain accurate client records Keep the front desk and reception area clean and organized Support stylists and salon staff throughout the day Assist with opening and closing duties Help create a luxury experience for every guest Qualifications Previous customer service or receptionist experience preferred Salon, spa, or beauty industry experience is a plus Strong communication and multitasking skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Basic computer and phone skills required Must be reliable, organized, and team-oriented
