S_181379 The Front Desk Associate is the face of Workout Anytime Cornelia, responsible for creating a welcoming, clean, and member-focused environment. This role combines customer service, membership sales, contract processing, cleaning duties, and phone management. The ideal candidate is energetic, dependable, and passionate about helping members feel supported in their fitness journey. Multiple shifts are available to include evenings and weekends. Part time and Full time opportunities. #IND123

Responsibilities:

Greet members and guests with professionalism, positivity, and genuine hospitality Conduct membership tours and confidently sell memberships, upgrades, and add?on services Explain membership options, policies, and club guidelines clearly Process membership contracts, cancellations, freezes, and account updates accurately Answer incoming phone calls, schedule appointments, and assist with member inquiries Maintain a clean, safe, and organized club environment, including: Wiping down equipment Cleaning restrooms Vacuuming and mopping floors Emptying trash Maintaining lobby and front desk presentation ... Monitor member check ins and ensure proper access control Support team members and management with daily operational tasks Uphold Workout Anytime brand standards and club culture Working hours: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)

Qualifications:
