Overview We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Bilingual Receptionist/Front Desk professional to join our team! This energetic role is essential in creating a welcoming environment for visitors and clients while efficiently managing front desk operations. The ideal candidate will be fluent in two languages, possess excellent organizational skills, and demonstrate a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. As the first point of contact, you will play a vital role in representing our organization with professionalism, enthusiasm, and warmth. Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued upon arrival. Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, professionally, and courteously, directing calls to appropriate departments or personnel. Manage front desk operations including scheduling appointments, maintaining visitor logs, and handling incoming and outgoing mail. Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries accurately and efficiently in both languages. Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, proofreading documents, and updating records with precision. Coordinate calendar management and schedule meetings or appointments for staff members as needed. Maintain organized office spaces and ensure all administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner to support daily operations. Requirements Bilingual proficiency in [English and Spanish], with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages. Proven office management experience with familiarity using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong computer literacy including typing, data entry, and basic troubleshooting skills. Previous front desk or receptionist experience in an office environment preferred. Exceptional phone etiquette with the ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently. Demonstrated organizational skills with keen attention to detail; ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional attitude. Ability to manage time efficiently while handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Personal assistant or calendar management experience is a plus but not required. Pay:
