Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires strong communication skills, computer literacy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner. Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly. Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the front desk calendar. Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records. Assist with administrative tasks, including managing office supplies and equipment. Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks as needed. Provide support to staff as a personal assistant when required. Ensure the front desk area is tidy and presentable at all times. Handle customer service inquiries with professionalism and courtesy. Requirements Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred. Previous experience in an office environment or as a receptionist is a plus. Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with QuickBooks is advantageous but not mandatory. Excellent typing skills and attention to detail are essential. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a busy setting. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn are crucial for success in this role.
