Veterinary Receptionist (Lithonia)

In need of a mature and reliable Veterinary Receptionist in a fast paced environment with a positive attitude to work 20-40 hours per week (some Saturday mornings required ). Drug testing required.

Responsibilities include:

scheduling appointments answering the telephone setting up new clients and patients preparation and maintenance of medical records over the counter sales computer operation financial transactions front office and reception area maintenance The mature employee we are looking for must be able to identify and work compassionately with clients in various emotional states. Must be able to work patiently with distressed, frustrated or disgruntled clients. Basic math and writing skills required. Must be a reliable person with transportation. Must be able to begin work at 7:30am and sometimes end a shift at 7:30pm. Some Saturday mornings are required. Must be able to work in a team environment. Must be flexible and willing to cover shifts for fellow employees when sick.

Job Types:

$16.00 - $20.00 per hour
