Receptionist

We are hiring a professional bilingual and motivated Receptionist to join our growing team! At Latin Dream Salon and Barbershop, we focus on quality service, cleanliness, and a great client experience. We are looking for someone who can take leadership at the front desk and help keep the shop running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Greet clients in a friendly and professional manner Manage walk-in flow and waiting list efficiently Answer calls and messages (including WhatsApp) Process payments accurately (cash & card) Maintain reception area clean and organized Support barbers by keeping the shop clean and stocked Sweep continuously and assist with daily operations Wash, dry, and fold towels Help maintain a positive and professional environment

Opening Duties:

Prepare towels and work areas Clean surfaces and organize front desk Ensure shop is ready to receive clients

Closing Duties:

Clean bathrooms and shampoo areas Sweep and mop entire shop Organize break area and stations Close register and secure the shop

Requirements:

Strong customer service skills Responsible and punctual Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Professional attitude and appearance Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Leadership mindset and team player

Job Details:

Full- time (40+ hours/week) Flexible schedule (including weekends) Hourly pay (based on experience) Growth opportunity within the business
