Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dependable Front Desk Coordinator to support daily office operations in Norcross, Georgia. This contract-to-permanent position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming environment, managing front desk activity, and keeping administrative tasks organized. The person in this role will serve as a key point of contact for visitors, employees, and callers while helping the office run efficiently.
Responsibilities:
  • Welcome guests and clients upon arrival, provide a positive first impression, and guide them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Manage incoming calls through a multi-line phone system, respond professionally, and direct each call to the correct contact.
  • Coordinate scheduling needs by arranging appointments, maintaining calendars, and reserving meeting spaces as requested.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries to ensure timely receipt by staff members.
  • Keep the reception area and shared office spaces neat, presentable, and ready for visitors throughout the day.
  • Provide administrative support by entering data, organizing files, and preparing routine documents and correspondence.
  • Track inventory of office materials and submit supply orders before stock runs low.
  • Handle sensitive information carefully and maintain confidentiality in all front office interactions.
  • Offer general assistance to employees and visitors while helping maintain smooth day-to-day front desk operations.
