Your Role:
Welcome patients with professionalism and warmth—you're the first and last person they see Manage patient check-in and check-out with speed and accuracy Schedule appointments for routine foot care, surgical consults, and follow-ups Verify insurance coverage and assist with prior authorizations as needed Collect co-pays and manage billing questions with care and clarity Keep patient charts updated and accurate in our electronic medical records (EMR) system Support the podiatrist and clinical team in coordinating a smooth daily flow

Preferred Background:
Experience in a podiatry or other medical office (front desk, receptionist, or admin) Familiarity with foot and ankle terminology or procedures is a plus—but we'll train the right person Insurance knowledge, especially Medicare and private plans High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications a plus
