Must have minimum ONE year experience as a receptionist in a medical office setting. We have offices in Suwanee, Alpharetta, Cumming and Lawrenceville. Candidates must be willing to travel between all the different locations. Duties include but are not limited to: Answering incoming phone calls Exceptional customer service skills Help others when needed with a positive attitude Checking patients in and out Scheduling appointments Insurance verification Collecting co-pays/deductibles Posting charges/payments to the patient's accounts Data Entry Opening/Closing duties Sorting faxes Scanning documents into patient chart Only applicants with experience will be considered
