Overview:
The Pre-Closer/Receptionist will assist real estate attorneys with all tasks related to the residential real estate closing process which include (but not limited to) collaborating with lenders and agents, HOA interactions, obtaining taxes, greeting customers, opening files, ordering title examinations, etc. An Ideal applicant will have at least 3 of residential closing experience. Experience with using SoftPro is a plus. This individual should also be personable, hardworking, and have excellent communication skills. Salary:
$40,000 to $50,000, DOE + extensive benefits package + discretionary annual bonuses. Lueder, Larkin, and Hunter offers a relaxed, business casual work environment.
