Front Desk Receptionist

We're hiring a highly dependable, organized, customer-friendly Front Office Receptionist / Sales Coordinator for our fast-paced automotive customization and wholesale film business.

Monday-Friday:

10:30 AM - 7:00

PMSaturday:

11:30 AM - 6:00 PM If you cannot consistently commit to these hours, please do not apply. About Us We are both a high-end automotive customization shop and a wholesale film supplier.

Our services include:

Vehicle Wraps Window Tint Paint Protection Film (PPF) Ceramic Coatings Starlight Installations Custom Vehicle Upgrades We also sell professional wrap, tint, and PPF materials to shops and installers nationwide. This means double earning potential once trained—selling both in-shop services and wholesale film products. What You'll Do Greet customers / answer phones Book appointments Create estimates, invoices, and contracts Manage wrap job packages and workflow Track payments / assist with admin tasks Plot decals / assist production coordination Support sales and customer follow-up Help with wholesale product inquiries Growth Opportunity This starts as a base hourly paid training position. After a 90-day review, the right candidate may move into a commission-based sales role with strong earning potential.
