Job Description

You'll welcome guests, manage their account information, and ensure they have everything they need for an exceptional stay. Compensation:
$12 hourly
Responsibilities:
Handle customer complaints as necessary Greet, check-in, and check out guests when they arrive and leave the premises, distribute keys and room assignments, and record credit card information Perform regular bookkeeping duties: make sure hotel guest information is current and correct Answer incoming calls and questions about guests' needs in-person and online regarding room bookings, room rates, amenities, available rooms, rewards programs, and special requests Communicate with housekeeping to make sure guest rooms are ready
Qualifications:
1 year of experience in the hospitality industry as a hotel front desk agent, hotel receptionist, or guest service specialist preferred Excellent time management skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Well-versed in taking telephone calls and handling stressful situations Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems Must be able to stand for long periods of time About Company Our mission statement is simple: To raise the bar on what relationships, reputation, and returns mean in hospitality.
