Job Description

Working as a Resident Relations, Receptionist, or Concierge in an Independent Senior Living allows you to experience what it really means to provide top-level customer service to residents and guests.
SUMMARY OF JOB DUTIES
Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests and offering them a beverage, answering phones, handling company inquiries, and sorting and distributing mail.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer phones and operate a switchboard. Route calls to specific people. Answer inquiries about company. Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable. Create Activity Calendar for residents, using simple easy template. Set up activities/games for residents to enjoy! Coordinate and schedule resident's transportation to doctor appointments with our bus driver. Ensure reception area is tidy. Post activities on community's Facebook account. Coordinate mail flow in and out of office and for residents. Receive Resumes and distribute to appropriate supervisor. Arrange appointments. Send email and faxes. Collect and distribute parcels and other mail. Perform basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties. Take and relay messages. Update appointment calendars.
