Job Summary Pay:

Hourly + Tips Prime Nail Lounge is looking for a friendly, outgoing, and energetic Front Desk Receptionist to join our team! We are seeking someone who genuinely enjoys talking with people, creating connections, and making clients feel welcomed from the moment they walk through our doors. As the face of our salon, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional client experience. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, a warm smile, and a passion for customer service. Responsibilities:

Welcome and greet clients with a friendly and professional attitude Check clients in and out efficiently Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and respond to client inquiries Assist clients with service recommendations and retail purchases Handle cash, credit card transactions, and daily checkout procedures Help create a positive and enjoyable experience for every guest Offer beverages and ensure clients feel comfortable during their visit Escort clients to technician stations and coordinate service flow Help distribute clients fairly among technicians Clean and sanitize manicure and pedicure stations between clients Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable Assist with inventory and general salon organization as needed

Qualifications:

Friendly, outgoing, and personable Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable working with large numbers of clients and staff throughout the day Ability to multitask in a busy salon environment Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Basic computer and phone skills Previous receptionist, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
