ABOUT OUR AGENCY

I opened my agency in 2020 and currently lead a team of four. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I worked in retail sales with Nordstrom and gained extensive leadership experience managing multiple teams. My background in leadership and customer service helped shape the supportive, relationship-focused culture we've built in the office today. I attended school in Oregon and had the opportunity to study abroad in Japan, which gave me a broader perspective and appreciation for different experiences and people. I'm married with two children, and family is a major priority in my life. Our agency stays involved locally by sponsoring community events throughout the year and building strong relationships within the area we serve. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role. Communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
