We are looking for a friendly, dependable Client Service Representative to join our team! As the first point of contact for our clients and patients, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming experience while helping our clinic run smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Greet clients and patients with a positive and professional attitude Answer phones and schedule appointments Check patients in and out Process payments and maintain accurate records Assist clients with questions regarding services, medications, and appointments Communicate effectively with veterinarians and support staff Perform general administrative and clerical duties

Qualifications:

Previous receptionist, customer service, or front desk experience required Experience working with animals preferred (veterinary clinic, kennel, grooming, pet daycare, animal shelter, etc.) Comfortable using computers and learning veterinary software Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a busy environment Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented

Pay:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 38.0 per week
