Role:

808 Wellness is seeking a client-focused individual to join our administrative team. You'll be the first point of contact for our clients, so we are seeking someone with excellent communication skills, a warm personality, and a true spirit of Aloha. Flexibility and a friendly, positive attitude are essential to the success of this position.

Duties Include:

Greeting clients and managing appointments Processing payments Email and phone communication Light cleaning and room setup Opening/closing duties Retail product knowledge

Qualifications:

Spa/admin experience preferred Positive, team-oriented attitude Strong computer and multitasking skills Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Basic social media knowledge is a plus Reliable transportation required

Compensation & Perks:

In addition to the central location in Rainbow Mall, 808 also operates off-site spaces in Makena and Kihei. 808 is dedicated to supporting the healing journeys of our clients and creating a positive, growth-minded work environment.
