Lihue, HI › Registrar Receptionist - Kapaa Cli… Registrar Receptionist - Kapaa Clinic Lihue, HI Kaua'i Medical Clinic is the island's largest clinic and only multispecialty medical group. More than 85 physicians and midlevel providers offer primary and specialty care at clinic locations in Eleele, Kapaa, Koloa and Lihue. The Kapa'a Clinic provides family practice and internal medicine on the east side of the island. Family physicians possess unique skills and knowledge, which qualifies them to provide comprehensive medical care, health maintenance and preventive services to each family member. These specialists, because of their background and interaction with the family, are best qualified to serve as the patient's advocate in all health-related matters, including the appropriate use of consultants, health services and community resources. As the Clinic Registrar Receptionist, you will be on the front line of customer service and support for patients at Hawai'i Pacific Health hospitals and clinics. This involves performing a broad array of administrative and customer service tasks to process clinic patients and coordinate their needs with physician services. We are looking for someone with outstanding customer service and communication skills, ability to carry out tasks with minimal supervision and a commitment to creating a healthier Hawai'i.

High school or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
Completion of a recognized medical secretarial program. Two (2) years of experience in a medical office, clinic or other health care setting.
