Our agency opened in 2012 and is a close-knit team of five built on strong relationships and a customer-first approach. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I had a background in social services, which continues to shape how we care for and support our customers. I hold a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and a Master's in Counseling Psychology from Chaminade University. I'm a proud wife and mother of three, with a dog and three tortoises, and I'm also a second-generation State Farm agent. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist•State Farm Agent Team Member. Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role. Communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.Similar jobs in Mililani, HI
