Front Desk Specialist Full-time, Monday-Friday Pay:

$17-$19/hour A premier eye care and optometry practice in the Mapleton, Iowa area is seeking a customer-focused Optometric Receptionist to join their team. Whether you have previous optical experience or a strong passion for delivering exceptional patient care and a willingness to learn, this role offers continuous growth and hands-on training. Key Responsibilities Welcome patients upon arrival and update insurance records. Perform insurance verification and billing procedures. Schedule and confirm patient appointments. Handle incoming phone calls and patient inquiries. Perform daily financial balancing and administrative office support. Qualifications Strong commitment to top-tier customer service and patient care. Computer literacy and comfort working with clinic software and modern medical technology. Highly organized, resourceful, and detail-oriented. Strong team player who thrives in a growing, fast-paced environment.
