Receptionist

We are seeking an individual to be the face of MIC and create a unique, memorable and positive client experience when interacting with clients either in person, by phone, email, or social media. Job Details Welcome visitors; greet them, in person or on the telephone; answer and refer inquiries to the correct teammates. Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients, carrier representatives and other team members. Document all interactions regarding a client's account in the client's electronic file to facilitate a seamless customer service experience. Sorting and distributing mail and deliveries for the office. Maintain group office calendar for the coordinating of schedules. Present an organized and welcoming reception area to make a great impression on visiting clients. Assist with clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, electronically filing, collating and mailing. Assist with social media marketing, with posts and interaction on platforms as time allows. Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.
