Job description: Overview We are seeking a dynamic, energetic, and highly organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team! This vital role combines front desk responsibilities with administrative support, ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and possess a passion for creating a welcoming environment while efficiently managing office tasks. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management skills in a supportive setting. Duties Greet patients warmly, provide professional customer service and ensure a positive first impression Manage phone systems, screen calls with professionalism and courtesy Handle front desk operations including scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and handle financial reports with patients Perform data entry, insurance filing, and document reports for organization of all office records (will be trained). Utilize software such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office management tools to support daily functions Assist with invoicing, statements, and insurance uploads Support administrative tasks such as texting, emailing, faxing, and maintaining office supplies inventory Provide personal assistant support as needed for various modalities offered in the office Skills Proven experience in office administration or roles with strong organizational skills Computer skills with in Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive) etc. Familiarity with Chiropractic Software and Insurance billing/benefits lookup (will train the right candidate if needed). Strong phone etiquette and experience managing phone and texting systems Bilingual abilities are highly valued, but not required (pay increase available if fluent in Spanish). Exceptional skills with time management Attention to detail for documents and maintaining accurate records Customer service expertise with a friendly demeanor and problem-solving abilities Experience in medical or chiropractic receptionist roles is a plus but not required; relevant personal assistant experience is also beneficial Join us in creating a vibrant workplace where your organizational talents shine!
