AM WAGE:

  • WEEKENDS MANDATORY
  • Must be computer efficient
  • Must be able to pass a drug test if required
  • Greet guests promptly and professionally Check guests in and out efficiently Verify IDs, process payments, issue keys Answer questions about the hotel and local area Handle guest requests (extra towels, pillows, wake-up calls) Resolve basic guest complaints or escalate when needed 2.
Reservations & Rate Management Take walk-in, phone, and online reservations Enter, modify, or cancel reservations in the PMS Apply correct rates, discounts, corporate/CLC rates Monitor availability and avoid overbooking Upsell room types when possible 3. Cashiering & Financial Accuracy Collect room, tax, and incidental payments Handle cash, credit cards, and third-party virtual cards Balance cash drawer at shift end Post charges and adjustments correctly Report discrepancies immediately
