Front Desk Receptionist David Taylor Belleville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Belleville, IL David Taylor Belleville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The Front Desk Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for our dealership and plays a key role in creating a welcoming experience for customers both in person and over the phone. We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome customers as they enter the dealership Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or team member Assist customers with general questions and dealership information Handle and organize basic paperwork and administrative tasks Support sales and service departments with document processing and filing Maintain a clean and professional reception area Assist with data entry and other clerical duties as needed Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive guest experience

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Professional appearance and positive attitude Basic computer skills and comfort learning dealership systems Ability to work effectively in a team environment Previous receptionist, customer service, or office experience preferred, but not required
