Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, vendors, and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience. Manage a multi-line phone system, accurately directing inquiries and resolving routine customer requests. Coordinate visitor access, meeting logistics, and conference room scheduling for corporate staff and guests. Process incoming correspondence, shipments, and documentation while maintaining accurate administrative records. Support customer order inquiries by providing status updates and routing requests to the appropriate internal teams. Maintain front office operations by monitoring supplies, organizing reception activities, and ensuring an efficient, customer-focused environment.Receptionist Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in customer service, sales support, or an industrial environment. Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail with a customer-first mindset. Mechanical aptitude and proficiency with order entry systems and Microsoft Office.Benefits
