Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome clients warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage front desk operations including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and handling client inquiries. Perform administrative and office tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining client records. Support the veterinary team by coordinating appointments, managing patient flow, and assisting with client communications. Provide client education by explaining clinic policies, procedures, and basic pet care information. Deliver excellent customer care by addressing client concerns promptly and professionally. Maintain a clean and organized reception area to ensure a welcoming environment. Required Skills Strong front desk and client interaction abilities. Proficient in administrative and office tasks including scheduling and record keeping. Experience supporting veterinary or medical teams is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to educate clients and provide outstanding customer care. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
