Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and professional Office Assistant/Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive attitude. In this role, you will manage front desk operations, provide administrative support, and ensure a welcoming environment for clients, visitors, and staff. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining efficient office workflows and delivering outstanding customer service. Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing exceptional customer support and ensuring a positive first impression. Operate multi-line phone systems with professionalism, directing calls accurately and courteously. Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, handling mail, and maintaining reception area cleanliness. Provide administrative support to various departments as needed. Assist with scheduling caregiver interviews, orientations, and client visits Help prepare and maintain employee and client files (paper and electronic) Scan, fax, file, and upload documents into agency systems Support onboarding processes (collecting documents, verifying completeness) Communicate with caregivers regarding schedules, call-offs, and basic needs Assist with tracking documentation such as timesheets, training records, clock work and any expiring documents. Help coordinate office flow between field staff and administrative team Qualifications At least 2-3 years in Home Health setting Prior office experience with a strong background in administrative support and clerical tasks. Experience with multi-line phone systems and professional phone etiquette. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
Pay:
