Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our office. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in office management tools. This role involves managing front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations. Bilingual skills are a required, as well as experience with dental reception duties. Duties Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately Schedule appointments and manage calendar coordination using Google Workspace and Dentrix Handle data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records using QuickBooks or other office management software Assist with bookkeeping, and basic bookkeeping tasks as needed Provide customer support via phone and in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and professionalism Perform clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, organizing files, and managing correspondence Support office management activities including supply ordering and maintaining a tidy reception area Support personal assistant duties such as calendar management and administrative support for staff members Qualifications Proven experience in office management, clerical work, or administrative support roles Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping/accounting software preferred Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual abilities are a plus Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette standards Previous experience in medical or dental receptionist roles is advantageous High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in office administration or related fields are a plus Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and maintain confidentiality This position offers an engaging work environment where professionalism and customer service excellence are valued. The successful candidate will be integral to maintaining efficient office operations while providing outstanding support to staff and visitors alike.
