Front Desk Receptionist

Company Description We are a busy General Dental Office in a great community Role Description This is a full-time (36 hour week), on-site position for a Front Desk Associate at Chatham Dental Center, located in Chatham, IL. Responsibilities include welcoming patients, managing appointment scheduling, answering and directing phone calls, maintaining patient records, and assisting with administrative tasks as needed. The Front Desk Associate will serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a positive and professional experience. This person must be willing to ask for payments and process insurance claims. Qualifications Strong Phone Etiquette and ability to perform Receptionist Duties efficiently Proficiency in Computer Literacy and familiarity with office software Dentrix Dental software experience is a plus Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in a dental or healthcare setting is a plus Benefits Excellent salary based on experience Retirement Plan available Dental Benefits Several Paid Holidays 3 weeks PTO per year Beautiful building and staff lounge
