Job Summary:

We are seeking a part-time Receptionist to provide exceptional customer service to our residents, families, and healthcare professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and performing administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facility.

Responsibilities:

Greet visitors, residents, and healthcare professionals in a friendly and professional manner Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages and returning calls as needed Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating care transitions Provide support to other departments as needed

Requirements:
