Responsibilities

• Greet clients and their pets with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Answer phone calls and emails, schedule appointments, and manage inquiries
• Assist with client check-ins and check-outs
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area. Daily cleaning routine.
• Process payments, send invoices and handle billing inquiries. Make follow up appointments and promote our services
• Coordinate communication between clients and groomers
• Assist other staff with a variety of roles as needed Qualifications
• Speak English and Spanish fluently (preferred)
• Must be 18 years or older
• A passion for animals and animal care, especially dogs and cats. Show love and respect for them
• Knowledge or experience in kennel and dog handling is a plus. Be comfortable with dogs of all sizes and temperaments
• Reliable, punctual and responsible
• Must have a friendly/positive attitude and ability to multitask effectively
• Professionalism in communicating and personal appearance.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and office software
