Job Description Assisting in the updating of organizational brochures Marketing information such as videos Support in generating presentations Main point of contact for demonstrations and customer visits Communicating dates and managing schedules with a variety of internal and customer contacts. Manage the actual visits, including scheduling conference rooms, arranging meal requirements, coordinating tours, communicating details of local events and attractions, and greeting customers and internal teams. Facility management Skills customer service oriented, google suite, Microsoft office Qualifications Customer Service/Call Center/Receptionist experience Office Manager Knowledge in Oracle tools is a plus but not required Bilingual (English and Spanish) Some experience handling customer visas/immigration paperwork Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elgin, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
