What You'll Do Greeting clients and their pets in person with a welcoming, calm demeanor Answering calls confidently and kindly, even when things are a little hectic Scheduling appointments using our cloud-based software (hello, multitaskers) Communicating clearly and professionally in both English and Spanish Handling prescription refills, medical record requests, and messages between clients and the medical team Managing client check-ins, payments, and keeping the lobby flowing smoothly Keeping accurate records that reflect our high standards of care Who you are
Required:
Bilingual in English & Spanish (written + spoken)
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent Veterinary clinic experienced preferred A positive attitude, high energy, and a "let's make it happen" mindset Excellent communication and customer service skills Comfort working with phones, computers, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment The ability to stay calm, kind, and clear—especially under pressure Reliability, attention to detail, and great follow-through A desire to learn, grow, and make every client interaction a good one Naturally warm, upbeat, and empathetic (yes, golden retriever energy absolutely encouraged) A team player who balances compassion and efficiency with ease Able to sit, stand, or wear a headset for extended periods Why You'll Love It Here Our team is talented, kind, and committed to doing good work. Pay:
From $15.50 per hour Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
