Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Associate to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support office management tasks. Your positive attitude and organizational skills will ensure smooth daily operations, creating a professional and friendly environment for clients, visitors, and team members alike. Duties Greet visitors, clients, and staff with professionalism and enthusiasm, ensuring a positive first impression Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and direct calls efficiently using proper phone etiquette Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages with accuracy and confidentiality Maintain office supplies inventory, organize filing systems, and perform data entry tasks using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings for staff or medical/dental professionals as needed Support office management by assisting with clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, updating records in QuickBooks or other software, and maintaining organized files Provide customer support by addressing inquiries courteously and resolving issues promptly while demonstrating excellent communication skills Qualifications Proven office or administrative experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and basic data entry skills Experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette required Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively Familiarity with office management procedures such as filing, proofreading, calendar management, and bookkeeping preferred Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional appearance Ability to handle clerical tasks efficiently under time management principles while maintaining accuracy Previous experience as a receptionist in medical or dental settings is a plus but not required Join us in delivering outstanding service while developing your administrative career in a vibrant environment!
