Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and personable Front Desk Associate to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front office operations, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for visitors, clients, and team members alike. Duties Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing exceptional customer service and guiding them appropriately Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally using proper phone etiquette Handle data entry tasks with accuracy, including updating spreadsheets and maintaining organized filing systems Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments for staff or executives Support office management activities such as filing, proofreading documents, and maintaining office supplies Utilize productivity software including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and QuickBooks for various administrative tasks Provide general clerical support, including copying, scanning, and managing incoming correspondence Experience Prior office experience or administrative support roles demonstrating strong organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with spreadsheets and data entry Excellent computer literacy with the ability to quickly adapt to new software tools and technical systems Strong customer service skills with experience in front desk or reception settings Bilingual abilities are highly valued to assist diverse client needs effectively Experience with multi-line phone systems and phone communication best practices Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities seamlessly Join us to be a key contributor in creating a welcoming environment while sharpening your administrative expertise!
Pay:
$15.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 25.0 per week
