Salon Receptionist

Responsibilities Greet clients warmly and professionally as they arrive, providing exceptional customer service Manage appointment scheduling using POS (Point of Sale) systems and coordinate with stylists and technicians Answer phone calls promptly, practicing excellent phone etiquette to assist clients with inquiries or bookings Upsell salon products and services by offering product demos and personalized recommendations Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and balancing registers at the end of shifts Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including merchandising and stocking retail products Assist with inventory management, including stock checks and replenishing retail displays Promote salon specials, new products, and services to maximize sales opportunities Requirements Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with clients Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining professionalism Join our team as a Salon Receptionist where your positive attitude and proactive approach will contribute to creating memorable experiences for our clients.
