Job Description

This Receptionist/Customer Service Representative role offers part-time hours year-round, about 20 hours per week Monday-Friday, with full-time hours Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. during the tax season January 15-April 15. Pay ranges from $18-$19 per hour, depending on experience. The position begins immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients and provide a warm, professional front-desk experience Answer and direct incoming telephone calls Schedule and manage client appointments Distribute completed tax returns and assist clients with general front-office needs Perform a variety of computer-based administrative projects Utilize Microsoft Excel and other office software Maintain accurate records and assist with general office organization Learn and assist with investment-industry-related forms, procedures, and processes Work independently while knowing when to ask questions or seek assistance Provide professional and courteous service to clients at all times
Qualifications:
Strong Microsoft Excel skills Experience answering phones and scheduling appointments Independent worker with strong problem-solving skills Willing to complete fingerprinting and a background check
