Full-Time:

Monday 8-6 / Tuesday 8-6 / OFF Wednesday / Thursday 8-6 / Friday 8-6 / Every other Saturday 8-12 Responsibilities Greet clients and their pets with a friendly attitude Schedule appointments and prepare necessary documents Communicate with clients via phone, email, and text Process payment transactions accurately Maintain client records Collaborate with staff to ensure seamless patient care Assist in creating a clean and welcoming environment Qualifications Exceptional customer service skills A passion for animals Multitasking abilities Proficiency in using computers Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment Summary As a Veterinary Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients and their pets, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience.
