Cutomer Service Representative / Veterinary Receptionist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative/Veterinary Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and their pets. Your role will involve providing exceptional customer service, scheduling appointments, and assisting with various administrative tasks.

Duties:

• Greet clients and their pets with a warm and friendly demeanor
• Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
• Answer phone calls and address client inquiries or concerns
• Check-in patients and update their records in our system
• Collect payments for services rendered
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
• Assist with filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks as needed

Experience:

• Knowledge of veterinary terminology and procedures
• Good customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Good phone skills
