In this dynamic role, you'll serve as the first point of contact for our valued customers, handling incoming calls for our Lexus, Chevrolet, and Toyota dealerships from our centralized call center environment. If you thrive in a fast-paced setting and enjoy connecting with people, this is the opportunity for you! This full-time position will work Monday-Friday from 1:00PM-8:00PM, weekends off. We Offer... Communicate with guest in a professional manner Operates switchboard telephone system Communicates with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold Takes thorough messages, indicating the callers first and last name, company name if applicable, the time and the message the caller wishes to leave Assists the accounting office with various clerical duties as needed Friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees Handles customer complaints with integrity and poise and refers the customer to the appropriate individual for further communication You Have...
