We are seeking a Part-time Receptionist to work every other weekend, 3pm-11pm Saturday/Sunday , providing friendly, professional service to residents, families, visitors, and team members. What You'll Do As a Receptionist, you will serve as an important first point of contact for our community.

Responsibilities include:

Monitor life safety equipment and respond appropriately to alerts and notifications. Coordinate telephone communications throughout the community. Receive, organize, and coordinate mail and package deliveries. Welcome and direct residents, visitors, and staff. Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to residents, families, and guests. Perform clerical and administrative duties as assigned. Maintain a professional, welcoming, and organized reception area. What You'll Bring High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to interact professionally and compassionately with a diverse group of people. Dependable, organized, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a busy environment. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted .
