Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our dynamic team at Caledonia Senior Living & Memory Care in North Riverside, Illinois. As a vital member of our operations team, you will provide exceptional customer service to our residents, families, and visitors while maintaining the integrity of our front desk operations.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist residents, families, and visitors in a warm and welcoming manner Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, responding to inquiries, and directing calls to the appropriate staff member Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident information, requests, and concerns Provide administrative support to various departments, as needed Perform other administrative tasks, such as filing, copying, and data entry
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ease Professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with residents, families, and staff Basic computer skills and familiarity with
