Desired Skills and Experience The ideal candidate will have some experience in an administrative/sales support, billing and collection. However, we will also consider training someone outstanding who demonstrates transferable skill sets, initiative and potential. Well- organized, with the ability to multi-task, Ability to work with efficient administrative and sales support strategies Proficient in with computer skills and dental software Comfortable with internet technology, social media Excellent verbal and written communication skills Detailed and accurate, strong numbers checking Work with Insurances, insurance benefits, determine patient copays Schedule appointments, answer phones and collect on accounts.
